Do you need support helping your little one to sleep?
I've found Amanda very very helpful she has been amazing with my twins helping my daughter sleep and now my daughter is doing really well sleeping in her bed when she didn't want to at the start.

Within a week and a half, we saw incredible sleep solutions in action, as bedtimes changed from a drawn-out, frustrating few hours to the girls falling asleep on their own within just fifteen minutes. The whole process has been very positive for all of us, and Amanda gave me the confidence to support our children's sleep in a calm and positive way.
Amanda spent some time working with me and my five-month-old baby to help achieve self-soothing techniques, reduce the need for co-sleeping, and assist me in navigating my older child’s school routine.
With the guidance of a sleep consultant, I can now put him in his crib, and he falls asleep by himself. We no longer need to co-sleep, and I have the ability to respond to his needs while implementing effective sleep solutions that work for our family.
We found that Amanda was very helpful as a sleep consultant in getting our 2-year-old settled for children's sleep. We were previously having to go on long drives just to get him to sleep in the car.

I cannot praise Amanda at Sleepy Little Stars enough. I was quite hesitant about using a sleep consultant and wondered if it would work. I'm a mum of one year old twins and one of the twins was waking up consistently through the night wanting to play and go to the park. My husband and I were very sleep deprived and at breaking point having endured this for a number of months.
Amanda gathered lots of information about our routine and our sons sleeping habits and made a number of immediate suggestions. She came up with a tailored sleep management plan which we implemented over a few nights. I couldn't believe how quickly we saw success and our son is now mostly sleeping through the night.
Amanda was very flexible and worked around us and she also allowed us to make amendments to the plan where needed so that it could work for me and my family.

Amanda was brilliant, she was kind, considerate and professional. I have boy / girl twins who have been held and rocked to sleep their whole tiny lives, including contact naps everyday and by two and a half years old I still hadn't had one full nights sleep! Both were waking multiple times. If it wasn't both it was one, and my girl would wake the most, multiple times a night anything from 2-6 times and wanted me to lie with her to fall back to sleep, so I contacted Amanda.
I had just bought them a king size bed between them before I spoke with Amanda as toddler beds weren't big enough and it seemed they were wanting comfort all night. Amanda respected I wanted to keep trying this new bed for now and not to separate unless necessary. Previously I would have to lie between them each night holding them both until they fell asleep and then due to the multiple wakes I would eventually give in and get between them during the night.
On night 2 of following Amanda's advice they both accepted I was not going to lie with them anymore! Slowly over a week or so I moved away bit by bit until I was in a chair by the door and they were asking to read Amanda's sleep rules or see her videos before bed and never asked me to lie between them.
Knowing I had Amanda to speak to helped a lot and made me not give in! My little girl seems to have anxieties about me leaving her so I knew she was going to be more difficult. By the end of the three weeks my boy was sleeping through and my girl had done it a few times also!
Fast forward to around 8 weeks on and both are sleeping though on the majority of nights now and the bedtime routine is now taking half the time it was! Waking up in my own bed again has been brilliant and I can't thank Amanda enough for her constant support.

Amanda has been amazing from beginning to end as a sleep consultant. During the initial consultation, she listened to my toddler's sleep patterns and provided some effective sleep solutions, even at this early stage. She was quick to write a tailored sleep plan, which was sent to me to review before we discussed it over a FaceTime call.
Amanda kept my anxieties at bay. She offered excellent advice, such as getting a blackout blind, reducing or stopping night feeds, and using proven techniques that definitely worked for us and our little one. My toddler has already had two nights where she’s slept through – here’s to many more!

I can’t believe the change in Noah; he sleeps through the night! It’s amazing! After Amanda guided us through a new bedtime routine and sleep method, Noah was sleeping through the night and waking up much happier. As a sleep consultant, Amanda provided effective sleep solutions tailored for children's sleep. She was so patient and understanding. With her support and some specific sleep solutions she recommended, we were able to make great progress with our children's sleep, and nights have become much better for all of us. Thank you so much for your wonderful workshop. My son is autistic with global development delay and other health conditions and since he's been a few years old his sleep has been very challenging he's been on melatonin for 2 years and it's very hit and miss sometimes he'd sleep 6 hours straight which is a good night. Since I attended your workshop I have implemented a few of your suggestions and he still took his melatonin and the improvement was huge. He slept through 11 hours and I was literally amazed. Since then we have been away and I didn't take his melatonin with me to see how it went. His sleep is now 9 hours a night without waking up. He isn't as anxious not headbanging hitting out and it's because he's getting rest and no melatonin. The difference is night and day.
I can not thank you enough. I am now getting full nights sleep something I have dreamt about for 3 years!
