Do you need support helping your little one to sleep?
Amanda spent some time working with me and my five month old baby to help achieve self-soothing, reduce the need for co-sleeping and help me work around my older child’s school routine.
I can now put him in his crib, and he will fall asleep by himself, we
no longer need to co-sleep, and I have the ability to respond to his needs and create a routine that works for us.
With her support, and with some specific techniques she recommended, we were able to make great progress, and nights have become much better for all of us.
I’m hopeful that we can continue to make progress with them.
