About me
Hello, I'm Amanda...
As the founder of Sleepy Little Stars Sleep Consultancy and a solo parent to 9-year-old twins, I understand the challenges of achieving restful nights. My boys faced sleep difficulties for years until I sought help from a sleep consultant who had conducted an informative session at their nursery. Investing in child sleep solutions was undoubtedly a decision well made.
Now, my twins are settling down well at night and sleeping through in their own beds, allowing me to reclaim my evenings. We're all more rested and energized in the mornings. When the chance arose to create a better work/life balance for my family by becoming a certified Consultant in Responsive Sleep, it felt like the perfect opportunity. I also pursued further training to become a certified Autism Sleep Expert and an Autism & Anxiety Sleep Specialist, enabling me to reach even more families in need of effective parenting resources.
My personal journey motivates me to support families, especially those with twins, providing calm, warmth, and consistency for improved sleep.
