About me
Hello, I'm Amanda...
Founder of Sleepy Little Stars Sleep Consultancy and solo parent to 9-year-old twins. My boys struggled to sleep well for many years until I decided to work with a Sleep Consultant who had given an information session at the boys' nursery. From then on, I could see that it would be money well spent.
My boys are now settling well at night and sleeping through in their own beds. I'm also getting my evenings back with us all more rested, with energy in the mornings. When the opportunity presented itself for me to create a better work / life balance for my twins by becoming a Certified Consultant in Responsive Sleep, I couldn't think of anything more worthwhile. Since then I have also become a certified Autism & Anxiety Sleep Specialist to reach further families in need.
My experiences have brought me to a place where I want to support families with calm, warmth and consistency to get better sleep.
